Visa Wins Approval to Prepare Domestic Card Clearing in China
Visa received PBOC approval on October 13 to prepare a domestic bankcard clearing institution in China. The authorization covers preparations; Visa still needs to complete the regulatory process before domestic clearing operations can begin.
