ClearToken Wins Bank of England Clearance to Clear Tokenized Assets in DSD Sandbox
The Bank of England has approved London-based ClearToken to operate as a Digital Securities Depository within its Digital Securities Sandbox, marking one of the first central bank authorizations of a clearing house for tokenized assets. Operators in digital asset infrastructure and post-trade settlement should note this as a live regulatory green light, not a pilot designation.
