Use this photo

Credit it, verbatim, next to or beneath the image, and link the credit here if the medium allows:

Photo: Erick Bzovi / fintechadventures.com

Free with that credit: one image in an article, blog post, or newsletter; a screenshot when writing about this site; personal, non-commercial use. Keep the watermark. Advertising, print, merchandise, model training, and redistribution need a conversation first — full terms or ask about a license.

Embed it

Paste this where the photo should appear. The card carries the caption and credit and links back to this page. The height fits one caption line at 640px; a narrower column may need a little more.
